About Robert Daniel

“Everything I build — Beacon Contracting, Beacon Apex Technologies, and the hybrid engine work — is ultimately about family. Providing for them, protecting their future, and leaving something that might genuinely help others is the reason this work exists.”

Robert Daniel is the founder of Beacon Contracting LLC and, Beacon Apex Technologies. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in heavy civil construction and a deep personal drive to solve difficult technical problems, he is developing the SMH RF-Mist Hybrid Engine - a cleaner, more efficient approach to pistion engines that uses radio-frequency engerty to activated a fine saline water-mist fuel. The technology aims to deliver near-zero harmful emissions while remaining practical, scalable, and compatible with existing engine architectures. Proof-of-concept testing is currently underway, with a strong focus on producing clear demonstration results and building trusted relationships with potential partners.

The Daniel family immigrated to the United States during World War Two. Spending eight years in a border town while waiting for the immigration cards, Robert Daniel's Grandfather set the pace for a family long tradition of doing things right. Raised in an era that saw such shows as "Leave it to Beaver", "My Three Sons" and "Bonanza", further cemented Robert's beliefs in family, hard work and integrity.

Early on Robert found he had a passion for learning, by ten years old he could operate multiple heavy machinery's and bought small electronics of the time so he could take them apart to learn how they operated. Being a hands on person, Robert excelled at work and studies where he could get his hands on the substance of the problem, working and molding it until he reached it's optimum conclusion. At 18 years old, Robert started his first business, and excavation and underground utilities business, by 21 he had filed his first patent.

At 30, Robert's first son was born, so he put all his dreams on hold in order to raise his children and insure they had a solid upbringing. Two children and five grandchildren later, he dusted off his files and started taking a fresh look at many of the designs he's worked on over the years, deciding on the SMH (Saline Motor Hybrid) as the flagship design to bring out for the world to see.

He is hoping this engine design will once more make driving an affordable and pleasant experience for families as this engine has the potential to run clean and for as little as seven cents per gallon while experiencing as good or better mileage than it's gasoline counterpart.
