With over 40 years of experience, no problem is too big to fix, no concern too small to handle. We will never be the cheapest, because we tell you as it is and give the good, the bad and the ugly that we find in a project and help you to find a solution, so you can step into your project with both eyes open and aware of any potential issues or red flags.

If you want an honest evaluation in a bid with all of the work spelled out and no hidden surprises, then we are interested in a conversation. If you want a rushed bid with vague wording to keep their options open for increases, but a lower bottom line bid, then go see our competition.

We don't negotiate our bids, we require a fair deposit for all new customers and we do not cut corners that could affect your project or reputation.
